Boston Globe's Sudden Tarot Interest: So what's up with these two recent articles in the Boston Globe? First there is the otherworldly "Vision Quest" by Carmen Nobel where the insights of five Boston area psychics (MaryLee Trettenero, Alex Palermo, Raymond, Mary D'Alba, and Gayle Kirk) are evaluated. Take This Seriously ... or not. Pomona College, in Claremont, California 35 miles east of Los Angeles, claims to be widely regarded as one of the premier liberal arts colleges in America. The college has about 1500 students and at least a few of them have discoverd tarot.

When I started doing tarot for my friends, I would put on an ironic "tarot card voice": monotone, soothing, and serene.
